3. Service Requirements
Customers must provide:
- Access to the location (home/office) where installation or repair is required.
- Existing network equipment (if any).
- Accurate information regarding the network issue or setup.
- Necessary permissions if working in commercial buildings or shared spaces.
Delays caused by the customer may affect service timelines.
4. Payments & Fees
- All service charges must be paid as per the agreed pricing.
- On-site visit charges may apply depending on your location.
- Payments for installation, repair, or support are non-refundable, as the work involves time and physical effort.
- Additional hardware or components, if required, are billed separately.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of further services.
5. Warranty & Limitations
- We provide a limited warranty on installation and repair work.
- Issues caused by misuse, third-party interference, hardware defects, or environmental factors (heat, moisture, rodents, etc.) are not covered.
- WiFi performance can vary based on:
- Building structure
- Router quality
- Internet provider performance
- Interference from other devices
We do not guarantee speeds or signal strength beyond what the equipment/provider allows.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Internet provider outages or speed issues
- Damage caused by pre-existing electrical/network faults
- Loss of data, downtime, or business interruption
- Hardware malfunction or failure
- Improper use or modification of installed components
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Use the network and equipment safely
- Not modify installed cables, routers, or devices without permission
- Inform us immediately if a problem arises
- Ensure a safe working environment for technicians
8. Third-Party Equipment
Any routers, switches, access points, or network devices supplied by the customer or third parties are not covered under our warranty.
Compatibility issues with unsupported hardware are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Support Policy
- Standard customer support is available during working hours.
- Emergency support may include additional charges.
- Remote support requires a stable internet connection on the customer’s end.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee.
- Once work is completed, payments are non-refundable.
11. Safety & Access
Technicians must have safe and clear access to the installation area.
If the environment is hazardous or inaccessible, service may be refused or rescheduled.
